TerraScan calculated for a territory of 300 sqkm a number of subsurface structural maps of the Tournaisian and Tula horizon, identified possible hydrocarbon reservoirs and suggested drilling positions to the operator.
The objective of this survey was to create the necessary data for the operator to decide on drilling locations. Two post study wells have been drilled, oil has been found and the depth predictions have been proven correct.
The acquisition and processing was executed using our gScan processing technology using image, signal processing, lineament and geodynamic analysis.
